Born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas, Boyce Mitchell brings a wealth of experience in facility management and property development to his role as the founder of Blue Foot Inc. (BFC). With a hands-on leadership style and deep industry knowledge, Mitchell has spent his career developing smart, scalable solutions across the real estate and construction sectors.

Before founding BFC in 2018, Mitchell served as Facility Operations Manager at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS), where he oversaw critical infrastructure and operational logistics for one of the state’s leading medical institutions. Prior to his tenure at UAMS, he was an Area Operations Manager responsible for eight apartment complexes across the Southeastern United States. In this role, he led two specialized teams—Property Maintenance Support and Area Operations Support—ensuring high performance and resident satisfaction across a multi-state portfolio.

Mitchell is a licensed general contractor in Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Engineering with a concentration in Construction Management from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. A proud graduate of Central Arkansas and lifelong resident of Little Rock, he is deeply invested in the local community.

Outside of his business endeavors, Mitchell is passionate about giving back. He actively supports organizations such as the Arkansas Department of Workforce Services, Goodwill Industries, Our House, and other shelters and programs dedicated to serving the working homeless population in Central Arkansas.
